Epoxy Coater

We're seeking an Epoxy Coater with a keen attention to detail and a dedication to quality workmanship for our thriving floor covering business. The ideal candidate will present themselves with professionalism and maintain a neat, clean appearance for client interactions on job sites.

Position Details:

• Compensation: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
• Schedule: 7:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply epoxy coatings to concrete floors following established procedures and techniques
• Utilize equipment effectively and safely as trained
• Lift up to 50 lbs as required for the job
• Travel with the team to local job sites, typically returning home the same day

Qualifications:

• Previous labor or production experience preferred
• Consistent employment for one year within the last two years.
• High school diploma/GED
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly with concrete processes, is highly desirable
• Ability to operate machinery and tools associated with epoxy coating application
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability are essential
• Trades-related skills are a definite asset
