Requirements

The Receiving Inspection directs and coordinates the operations of the Manufacturing organization. Must be able to delegate responsibility, with skills in hiring good management personnel and giving clear, consistent directives. Must understand the structure of the company and the work of each department within the manufacturing structure to include but not limited to:

· Able to do final Inspection all Electronics Assembly. 

· Must have Knowledge of Electronics component, polarity, Assembly Drawing Referenced Designator, Revision, Bill of material Special Instruction, sample board, Soldering As per IPC-610 & J-STD-001,Experience in Assembly soldering SMT parts & Through hole parts.

· Microscope inspection must require. · Verification of all Production Document revision level, Bill of Material ,assembly Drawing

· Verify all final inspection as per customer print and as per soldering IPC-610 & J-STD-001 · Based on customer requirement.

· Keep track of Reject material separately and notify Qc inspection with red tag.

· Keep rework –re inspection and final Inspection stamp on traveler.

· Keep track of Incoming inspection report and on time delivery(as delegated)

· Follow Esd Procedure and proper packaging, self life Material log & MSDS. The Production Manager must be results oriented with a positive outlook and have strong leadership qualities deriving excellent performance from supporting staff.

Responsibilities

· Help develop, revise, and support the company QMS, Quality Policy and Objectives

· Maintain Packing slip, Purchase order, Track of Material Purchase from Approved Supplier list Establishing and implementing strategic plans to achieve Product Realization goals.

· Establish a process to continuously evaluate on time delivery & Quality objectives.

· All Incoming material separate by customer Kit.

· Verify all Incoming material packing slip with Purchase order Number Manufacturer Part Number,& Quantity order and Verify with Customer Bill of material listed Manufacturer name and part number. 

· Must verify each Number later of manufacturing part number with BOM and Purchase order.

· Any substitute or cross part order must be verified with Purchasing Mgr. part is preapproved by the customer. And write original part number and substitute part number on outside bag label.

· Verify Date code lot code certificate of compliance.

· Verify each part bag Label part number and actual part inside are match if part have marking on top of each part.

· And Self Life Product Mark label of Mfg date and Expiration date. Maintain self life product.

· Any non expiration date product marks “No expiration “label before placed in self life product.

· All nonconformance material separates ,red tag and notify Qc manager.

· All Incoming RMA material Keep separate and Notify Qc and production Manager.

· Must be known Manufacturing policies and procedures.

· Enforce a safe environment for employees and guests, including knowledge and compliance to all Federal, State, and local laws.

· Participate in all Management meetings

Required skills

· Experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the company.

· Proficient in data collection, analysis, and presentation

· Receiving inspection knowledge

Education and training

· An associate degree in Electronics

· 2 years experience in a Manufacturing environment as receiving inspection. Or equivalent Minimum Experience -

· High school Diploma or equivalent-Trade Schooling-Professional Manufacturing Training

· 6 years manufacturing receiving inspection experience 3 months “on-the-job” training

· Passing of a company designated performance assessment
