Requirements

The Electronics Assembler & Soldering person directs and coordinates with the production Manager and the operations of the Manufacturing organization. Must be able to delegate responsibility, with skills in hiring good management personnel and giving clear, consistent directives. Must understand the requirement of the company and the work of each department within the manufacturing structure to include but not limited to: · Assembly · Soldering · IPC-610 & J-STD-001 · Bill of material · Sample Board · Assembly Drawing The Electronic Assembly & soldering person must be results oriented with a positive outlook and have strong workmanship qualities, Teamwork deriving excellent performance from supporting staff.

Responsibilities

· Help to follow and understand and support the company QMS, Quality Policy and Objectives

· Understand & maintain production schedules while utilizing machines, personnel, material, and processes with the goal of meeting customer expectations.

· Establishing and implementing strategic plans to achieve Product Realization goals.

· Establish a process to continuously evaluate missed objectives, control costs, and assure company financial plans and goals are met.

· Develop staffing plans to minimize labor costs and maximize efficiency of all operations.

· Must be understood Manufacturing policies and procedures.

· Must have knowledge and on hand Experience of Electronics Surface Mount Component Soldering & De-soldering on circuit Board.

· Able to do Multitask ,knowledge of Microsoft Office and Computer

· Knowledge of Electronics Components and Polarity and soldering process

· Knowledge of Assembly Drawing reading.

· Knowledge and ability to inspect and solder circuit boards using microscope.

· Knowledge of ESD material Handling and ESD requirements.

· Ensure that the Manufacturing Facility is properly maintained, including the upkeep (condition) of all equipment and fixtures.

· Participate in all Management meetings

Required Skills

· Experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the company.

· Proficient in data collection, analysis, and presentation

· Excellent Manufacturing skills and proficiency with Manufacturing Planning-Software and as required Technology

Education and training

· A High school Diploma degree or Experience of Soldering and Electronics components and ESD recommended

· 2-3 years experience in a Electronics Manufacturing environment Or equivalent Minimum Experience -

· High school Diploma or equivalent-Trade Schooling-Professional Manufacturing Training Experience

· 2-3 years manufacturing experience 12 months “on-the-job” training
