Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring they receive prompt, courteous, and personalized assistance.
  • Efficient Call Handling: Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or individual with precision and warmth.
  • Warm Welcome: Greet and assist visitors, making them feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
  • Streamlined Administration: Handle data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
  • Organizational Mastery: Maintain office cleanliness and organization, creating a conducive environment for productivity and professionalism.
  • Appointment Management: Assist in scheduling and managing appointments, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective Communication: Handle correspondence via telephone and email professionally, ensuring clear and concise communication at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer service or similar role, demonstrating a track record of excellence in client interaction.
  • Office Administration Knowledge: Possess an associate's degree in business or office administration, or equivalent practical experience, enhancing your administrative proficiency.
