Inside Sales Representative

Location: Kirkland, IL

Shift Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM

Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour (determined by experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage with prospective customers. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and guests.
• Contribute to accomplishing sales goals.
• Manage a high volume of work effectively and efficiently.
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales strategies.
• Complete internal service requests and data entry.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in sales.
