Equipment Receiver/Yard Personnel - 176

Salary: $18/Hour

We are working with a construction equipment supplier in Sarasota looking for an equipment receiver/yard personnel to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Receiving Equipment: Receive incoming equipment deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Inspection: Inspect equipment for damages, defects, or missing components upon receipt.
• Documentation: Record all received equipment accurately in the company's database or inventory management system.
• Organizing Yard: Organize received equipment in designated areas within the yard according to type, size, and other relevant categories. Keep yard clean.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction equipment or rental industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds) and work in outdoor conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and heavy machinery.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:30pm

Pay rate: $18/Hour
