As they continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Junior HVAC Technician to join our team.

Job Description: As a Junior HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to various commercial HVAC locations to perform service, maintenance, and repair tasks on HVAC equipment. You will work closely with senior technicians and project managers to ensure that all service calls are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1.        Travel to commercial HVAC locations to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.

2.        Perform preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications.

3.        Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and recommending appropriate solutions.

4.        Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.

5.        Collaborate with the service team to prioritize service calls and meet customer deadlines.

6.        Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.

7.        Assist in the installation and commissioning of new HVAC systems as needed.

8.        Continuously update knowledge of HVAC technology and best practices through training and professional development opportunities.

 

Requirements:

1.        High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational or technical HVAC program is preferred.

2.        Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

3.        Previous experience in HVAC service or maintenance is a plus but not required.

4.        Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components.

5.        Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

6.        Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7.        Excellent communication and customer service skills.

8.        Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.

9.        Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE
