URGENTLY HIRING: Hawaii Pension Processor Needed!

Experience/Requirements:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in eligibility, application status tracking, contributions management, pension payments processing, and preparation of annual pension and annuity statements. Industry experience preferred.
• Pay rate starting at $20/hr, subject to candidate's experience (Candidates seeking top compensation must possess 4+ years of relevant experience).
• On-site position based in Honolulu, HI.

Pension Processor Benefits:

• Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
• Eligibility: If you work a minimum of 92 hours in any month and your employer makes the required contribution, you become eligible for benefits on the first day of the third calendar month following the qualifying month.
• 401k Plan with BRMS matching 100% up to 3% of your contribution. Eligibility begins 30 days from the start date.
• 10 paid Holidays annually.
• Vacation Entitlement: Employees with one (1) year of service but less than seven (7) years of service on their annual anniversary date will receive eighty (80) hours of paid vacation at their then straight-time hourly rate.
• Paid Personal Leave (PPL) for personal business needs, including personal illness, doctor's appointments, and court appearances. Regular, full-time employees earn PPL at the rate of one (1) day for each full calendar month of continuous employment. Note: No PPL accrues for months when Leave Without Pay (LWOP) is taken.
