Job Description:
- Select appropriate plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees for landscaping projects, and install them in accordance with design plans. Provide ongoing care such as watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest control to ensure healthy growth and appearance.
- Trim edges of lawns along sidewalks, driveways, and flower beds using edging tools to maintain a tidy and manicured look.
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform regular maintenance tasks to keep grass healthy and manicured. Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed to control weeds, pests, and diseases.
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns, while conserving water and minimizing waste.
- Grade land to improve drainage and prevent waterlogging, ensuring proper runoff away from buildings and other structures.
- Perform seasonal cleanup tasks such as leaf removal, mulching, and winterizing plants to prepare outdoor spaces for changing weather conditions.
- Maintain landscaping equipment and tools in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Identify and remove weeds from lawns and other landscaped areas, either manually or with appropriate tools.
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday
- 7:00AM-5:00PM
- Schedule may vary dependent upon project completion and weather conditions
