Salary: $23/hr

CSR Order Entry / Inside Sales

Payrate: $23.00/hour (After 90 days $24/hr)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Minimum Requirement:

• Must have worked in Customer Service helping customers with their orders in a manufacturing/production company prior. 
• Must have experience with emailing customers about their questions on their orders or sending tracking/updates. 
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
• Must be someone who has good email etiquette.  

Local Ocala, FL Manufacturing Company is looking for someone for their Customer Service Department. In this role you will answer phones, monitor email inbox, handle the filing, data entry, scanning, copying, create and edit documents on MS Office Suite, taking orders via email and follow up via email with clients/customers on the products/purchases. Must be a team player, someone who understands working in a manufacturing/construction type environment as well as the mannerisms of that type of environment. Must have good email correspondence and comfortable with communication.
