Location: Budd Lake, NJ

Pay rate: $26.00/hr.

Schedule:  Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Description

• ·       Responsible for receiving, processing, and filing invoices.

  • Process Expense Reports.
  • Prepare and perform check runs.
  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers, other records
  • Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
  • Maintain vendor files.
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
  • Produce monthly reports.
  • Assist with month end closing.
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits.
  • All office Personnel may be asked to substitute for other office staff during absences.
