 Pay for this position will be based on experience and ability to get the job done.

As a finish blade operator, you will be responsible for:

• Perform pre-check/post-trip inspections, including all fluid levels per checklist before starting.
• Communicate any issues, concerns, or problems to foreman throughout the shift.
• Clean equipment and jobsite at the end of the shift.
• Stage equipment correctly where designated at the end of the shift.
• Show up to work every day, on time.
• Observe hand signals, grade stakes, or other markings when operating machines so that work can be performed to specifications.
