Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our landscaping team. The Crew Member will assist in various grounds keeping tasks to maintain the appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces. As a mow crew member, you will be responsible for the daily, weekly appearance of the customer’s property. You will be responsible for mowing, string trimming, pulling weeds, and pruning with great precision and business-minded efficiency.

Duties:

• Everyday duties include mowing, edging, string trimming, weeding, and leaf removal
• Maintain productivity so that jobs come in at or under man-hour budgets
• Report vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair needs
• Accurately record hours per job in TSheets
• Deliver completed work that meets or exceeds company standards and common industry standards
• Consistently arrive to work on time

Experience:

- Prior experience in grounds keeping or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices
- Mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

You are expected to arrive to your assigned job on time and clock into the specific job using the appropriate software. You must clock out when you are finished for the day using the appropriate software. Starting and ending times vary within departments and job locations.
