Encapsulation Machine-Experience Required

Responsibilities:

• Set up encapsulation machinery before production runs, including adjusting settings and ensuring all components are in working order.
• Operate encapsulation machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
• Break down machinery after production runs, cleaning and sanitizing all components thoroughly.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on the encapsulation machine to keep it in good working condition.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience operating encapsulation machinery is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to set up, breakdown, and clean encapsulation machinery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime on Fridays as required.
