Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 DOE

We are seeking an International Logistics Coordinator who will have core responsibilities in customer service. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the International Logistics Coordinator to be the first step in helping customers. This position is responsible for confirming customer orders, processing and shipping. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed logistics team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential. This innovative company is moving fast and often promotes from within. Some seasonal overtime hours are offered. Our International Logistics Coordinator is vital to our success.

What we look for:

• Basic understand of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
• Six months or more experience in a customer service setting
• Type 40+ words per minute
• Spanish language skills preferred
