Seeking a Facility Maintenance Worker in Oceanside, CA!

Responsibilities: 

• Perform routine inspections of facility building to identify maintenance needs 
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner 
• Conduct repairs of broken items, screens, windows, electrical and mechanical systems
• Attend to janitorial needs on premises
• Inspect sprinklers, heating and air conditioning systems
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related role
• Knowledge of hand and power tools, painting, drywall repair, and plumbing
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to lift 50lbs and climb stairs and ladders
• Must have a valid California driver's license and a clean DMV driving record

Schedule: 8:00am- 4:30pm 

Pay: $20/hr
