Salary: $23 - $26 per hour

Express Employment in Everett is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mill Operator to join our team. As a Mill Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This is a Full-Time position with a pay range of $23 - $26 per hour. 

Responsibilities: 

• Reading blueprints and job orders to determine machining requirements.
• Setting up milling machines by installing cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Operating CNC milling machines to perform machining operations.
• Monitoring machine operations to ensure workpieces meet specifications.
• Performing routine maintenance on milling machines.
• Inspecting machined parts for defects and taking corrective action.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area. 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Mill Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hand/power tool skills.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes and programming preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
