Location: DeKalb, IL

Shift Type: Full-time, Monday - Thursday: 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Join our team as a Machine Operator! We are dedicated to excellence in heavy industrial manufacturing and are seeking a skilled, hands-on individual to operate and maintain machines in our production facility.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain machines according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines as needed to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Design blueprint jigs, fixtures, and templates to assist in the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2+ years of experience in heavy manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Mechanically inclined, with a strong understanding of heavy industrial machinery.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
