Position: Sales Associate/Claim Manager – Contract to Hire

Location: Downtown Denver

Salary: $26.00/HR until hired on with company; $100,000-$150,000 projected first year income (Base salary + Commission)

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00AM-6:00PM

About the Position: A national leader in recovering funds for clients post-foreclosure or tax sale is seeking a dynamic and motivated Claims Manager and Sales Associates to join their vibrant team in Downtown Denver. Their mission is to be a modern-day Robin Hood, aiding clients in claiming what's rightfully theirs. Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with clients, i.e.: providing updates and information on ongoing cases
• Manage inbound calls from interested leads, ensuring a high level of service and engagement
• Regularly reach out to warm leads on a weekly basis generated from the company’s robust mailer campaign
• Drive sales through a minimum of 250 outbound calls weekly, confidently handling each conversation; No Cold Calling! Focus solely on warm leads that have expressed interest in their services

Qualifications/Personal Attributes:

• 3+ years’ experience in sales related role
• Phone Sales experience preferred
• Background in real estate or mortgage preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Comfortable and persuasive on the phone, as well as skilled in overcoming objections and educating potential clients
• A professional attitude that complements their team-driven environment
• A proactive, 'hustler' sales approach
