Our Client is a METAL RECYLING COMPANY that needs a Department Manager. This is a DIRECT HIRE job. 

• Pay is $60,000+ DOE 
• This is a 1st Shift Position.  7:00am-4:00pm.   Mon-Fri
• This job is in Euclid, OH

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verification of metal chemistry through sortation, analysis and quality control of scrap metal inventory
• Address operational challenges, integrating current methodologies with the development of new practices, techniques and systems
• Prepare reports, studies and documentation; and deliver presentations
• Meet production schedule to fulfill orders/shipments efficiently
• Assist in inventory management and improvements to inventory systems control of data
• Lean and Six Sigma project development and implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management
• Operate in a fast paced environment
• Stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
• 4 year College degree, preferably in Engineering or Material Science
