Acme Gridley Screw Machine Operator-Set up

Located in Cleveland, OH

Salary: $18-$20/hr

Our client is a METAL SCREW MANUFACTURER in Cleveland who is looking for ACMEGRIDLEY OPERATORS AND SET UP TECHNICIANS

• Pay is $18-20 per hour DOE.  Up to $24/hr after hired in
• This is a 1st Shift Position.  Mon-Thurs.  5am-3:30pm
• This job is in Cleveland

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Setup complex parts with little or no supervision.
• Run and monitor machined parts on machines.
• Set up, adjust and change tooling as needed.
• Troubleshoot problem parts and perform minor maintenance procedures and document.
• Inspect parts in process to insure customer requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience running and setting up Acme Gridley Screw Machines
• Read blue prints
• Micrometers and caplipers
• Ability to lift up to 50#
