Our Client is a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY that needs a BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHINICIAN. 

• Pay is $20 per Hour.  
• This is a 1st Shift Position.  8am-5pm.  Mon-Fri
• This job is on the east side of Cuyahoga County 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repairs to rental units including plumbing, carpentry, dry wall, basic electrical

• Prepare vacant suites working to ensure apartment is prepared for new resident 

• Repairs and preventive maintenance to common building areas

REQUIREMENTS:

• Building maintenance experience
• Prior apartment unit maintenance preferred
• Plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, dry wall skills
• Work history of at least 1 year at the same company
• Some on-call hours required during evenings and weekends
