Responsibilities:

• As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:
• Provide personalized care to residents/clients based on individualized care plans.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist with transportation to/from the dining room.
• Assist residents with toileting and incontinence care with dignity and respect.
• Perform vital signs, blood pressure measurements, weights, and other trained procedures.
• Complete prevention/restorative care, including range of motion exercises, ambulation, transferring, bathing, grooming, and other Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal Regulations and resident care practices.

Qualifications:

• Compassion and desire to work with seniors.
• Certification of completion from an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program..
