Overview: Coordinates schedules and expedites orders through system.

 

Responsibilities: The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

1. Interfaces and coordinates customer schedules through Contracts
2. Follows up to ensure schedules are
3. Maintains a variety of lists and reports detailing the current status of jobs and notifies the appropriate personnel when production schedules and deliveries are in jeopardy.
4. Ensures special requirements are met on customers'' orders with Managers/Supervisors.
5. Coordinates schedule requirements with department Supervisors to ensure employee hours match total production hours on a daily basis.
