Position Overview: As a Glass Fabricator and Installer, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and installation process of our custom glass products. New hires will undergo comprehensive training to learn the skills necessary to fabricate and install shower doors and mirrors of various types. This position requires the ability to work with precision and attention to detail, as well as the capacity to lift and handle glass safely.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble shower doors and mirrors according to specified measurements and design requirements.
• Assist with the installation of glass products at customer locations, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
• Operate small tools and equipment such as sanders and chop saws to cut and shape glass materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling glass and operating machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and handle glass products safely (training provided).
• Basic knowledge of using a tape measure.
• Experience with small tools and equipment, preferably sanders and chop saws.
• Oregon Class C driver''s license preferred (required for driving company work trucks).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
