A local IT firm is searching for an Onboarding Engineer to join their team. This person will be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions for new clients as they onboard to the managed services platform. They will also collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, assess needs, and facilitate the setup process. Attention to detail and effective communication of technical concepts will be crucial in delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have basic technical and troubleshooting experience as well as a high level of professional customer service skills.
