Client Service Manager

Job Summary:

As a Client Service Manager, you will collaborate directly with a primary financial advisor to enhance the overall client experience. Your responsibilities will include managing client communications, coordinating appointments, processing administrative tasks, and executing trade orders. This licensed position requires interaction with clients, accepting trade orders, and executing them under the advisor's guidance. You will report to the Operations Manager and take direction from individual advisors.

Position Details:

• Compensation: $25.30 - $37.89 per hour. (Based on Experience)
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
• In Office 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to clients, prioritizing their satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the advisor to manage workflow efficiently.
• Assist in preparing for and following up on client meetings.
• Maintain and utilize the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively.
• Process operational tasks such as money movement and service requests accurately.
• Track and monitor pending tasks to ensure timely completion. 
•  Undertake additional projects or duties as assigned by the advisor or firm members.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum one year of consistent employment within the last two years.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Embrace and embody the firm's culture and vision.
• Share ideas and best practices with the Client Service Team.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently.
•  Demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
• Uphold client and business confidentiality at all times.
• Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, time management, detail-oriented, and prioritization skills. 
• Have technical proficiency in basic computing and software applications like Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and proprietary software.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

• Has obtained SIE, Series 7, 66, and MN life/health and variable annuity licenses
• High school diploma required; advanced training or education preferred.
• One or more years of experience in the financial planning industry is desired.
