Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Sales Coordinator for a Furniture Distributor in Cheektowaga, NY!

 

Pay: $19-21/hour

Hours: 8am-5pm/M-F

 

Summary:

 

As a Sales Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department in achieving their goals. You will work closely with the sales team to manage customer inquiries, assist in day-to-day sales operations, and follow orders from quote to order entry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to gain valuable experience in the sales field.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist a sales team and customers in meeting their office, healthcare, or educational furnishing needs
• Create quotes and orders for customers and follow the order through its completion and order entry with vendors
• Work with vendors and internal operations to ensure order and install deadlines are met for customers
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure coordinated and cohesive sales
• Bill customers at project completion

 

 

Necessary Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
