Customer Care Associate

Salary: Up to $16/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Customer Care Associates to work support the insurance department with a company located in Grand Island, NE. The main function of this role is data entry, so having an eye for detail and accuracy is a must! This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with weekly pay up to $16/hr and the potential to develop into a long-term career. Remote work is a possibility for the right candidate, but ALL candidates must be able to train on-site in Grand Island, NE for 1 week.

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Reviewing documents for accuracy, validity, etc.
• Preparation and data entry of documents into proprietary company database
• Responding to customer inquiries throughout the document submission and preparation process
• Documentation of customer interactions and upkeep of customer records
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Skills:

• Must have prior experience with 9-key data entry
• Computer proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office required
• High school diploma or GED
• Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a dedication to accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with both internal teammates and external customers/clients

Schedule/Pay:

• Remote work a possibility for the right candidate!
• Candidates MUST be able to train on-site for 1 week in Grand Island, NE
•  Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Pay up to $16/hr
• Employees paid weekly!
