We're seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant with strong customer service skills to join our dynamic team at a promotional advertising and embroidery business!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage customer inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to complete various tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred (not mandatory).
