Salary: $22.00/hr

We are now hiring for a Transit Supervisor! This position is Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with a start pay of $22.00/hr!

 

●        Must have computer/office skills.

●        Must demonstrate good time management skills.

●        Must be able to work alone or as a part of a team.

●        Will need to be able to perform all duties of the department. (operator, dispatcher, scheduler)

●        May have to fill in as a driver on occasion.

●        Must be able to compose original correspondence.

●        Provide timely, reliable, and effective written /oral reports according to FTA and ADA regulations. This will include monthly statistic reports.

●        Provide direction to operators, dispatchers, and the mobility manager.

●        Anticipates trends in transportation needs and recommends service changes.

●        Prefer management skills of overseeing 15 or more employees.

●        Reviews daily schedules.

●        Addresses problems or complaints from clients and operators.

●        Completes disciplinary action for employees supervised as needed.

●        Complete training and development classes as needed.

●        Observes all aspects of the corporate safety program.

●        Report for duty promptly in proper uniform and physical condition.
