Location: Sycamore, IL

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay: $21.04 per hour

As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play a vital role in the production process, from gathering raw materials to assisting with packing and shipping final products. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all job functions/activities with a strong commitment to safety and compliance with outlined safety policies.
• Meet and exceed housekeeping, sanitation, and standards while strictly following outlined safety protocols.
• Unload and load trucks, verifying materials.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and open orders.
• Pull materials and verify accuracy of orders.
• Sort and place materials in rack and bin locations according to organizational standards.
• Maintain inventory controls and assist in counting physical inventory.
• Package and label finished products.
• Document accurately required food safety, quality, and production information.
• Rotate inventory.

• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds as needed.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, sit, and climb in and out of a forklift.
• Must be able to effectively operate a sit-down and stand-up forklift.

Work Environment:

• Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
• Occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions on site.
• Noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
• Position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift and carry 55 lbs. and perform other physical duties.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Eager to advance and learn new roles.
• Standard office equipment proficiency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and focused on continuous improvement.
• Dependable and punctual in meeting expectations for attendance and performance.
