Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in your designated territory.

Duties:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in a timely manner

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management

- Strong sales acumen with the ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking leads and sales activities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Technical sales knowledge is preferred

Pay Rate: 50-60K/yr

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
