Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our dynamic team. As an Automotive Painter, you will be responsible for priming, painting, and finishing automotive vehicles to perfection. Your meticulous attention to detail and expertise in color matching will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality paint finishes that meet our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Apply primer, base coats, and clear coats using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Mix paints to achieve precise color matches according to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure proper drying and curing of paint finishes in controlled environments.
• Perform quality inspections to identify and rectify any imperfections or defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Painter or similar role in a professional automotive environment.
• Proficiency in operating painting equipment such as spray guns, compressors, and drying lamps.
• In-depth knowledge of paint mixing techniques, color theory, and automotive paint systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality finishes.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
