We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret design specifications will be crucial in producing accurate and precise drawings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Revit
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and translate them into technical drawings
- Prepare drawings, schematics, and layouts based on design specifications
- Incorporate changes and modifications into existing drawings as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Review drawings for accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the development of project documentation, including material lists and bill of materials
- Maintain organized files and records of all drawings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, Sketchup, etc.
- Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles
- Knowledge of mechanical design concepts is a plus
- Familiarity with 2D animation software is a plus
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
