1st Shift Assembler

Located in La Crosse, WI

Salary: $20.00/hour

Express Employment is on the hunt for qualified Assemblers for La Crosse’s premier heat exchange/refrigeration fabrication plant. This company offers great benefits, room for growth, and great trainers. These positions are long term, full time openings and will have a pay increase at hire on!

 

 

Wage & Hours: 

 

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:00pm, $20/hour

 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm, $20/hour

 

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Prepping of HVAC panels
• Assist in loading and unloading of equipment, materials, and supplies
• Palletizing panels using forklift and team lifting
• Clean and maintain workstation
• Operate basic hand tools safely and efficiently
• Strictly adhere to policies, procedures, and quality standards

 

Job Requirements include:

• HSD or GED preferred
• Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 75lbs throughout shift
• Ability to take direction well and assist others as needed
• Must be able to read a tape measure, basic drawings, technical sheets, and procedures
• Must be responsible, personable, and have good attendance/work ethic
• Previous experience in construction is highly preferred
