Client Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Client Service Coordinator collaborates closely with a financial advisor to ensure top-notch client experiences. Responsibilities include managing client communications, coordinating appointments, handling administrative tasks, and executing trades. This licensed role involves direct client interaction and reporting to the Operations Manager.

Position Details:

• Compensation: $21.55 - $32.66 per hour. (Based on Experience)
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
• In Office 

Responsibilities: 

• Meet daily with the advisor to coordinate advisor workflow 
• Review the appointment schedule with an advisor and gather any additional materials needed 
• Complete work requests and serve as the advisor workflow liaison
• Handler service calls from clients, corporate office, or other professionals 
• Complete client investment transactions as directed by an advisor 
• Submit all new business applications and checks to the corporate office promptly 
• Complete other projects or duties as requested by the primary financial advisor or other members of the firm  

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of consistent employment within the last two years.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Embrace firm culture and vision, share best practices, and adapt to changes.
• Work independently and collaboratively, thrive under pressure, and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computing, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• High school diploma required, financial planning experience preferred.
• Obtain SIE, Series 7, 66, and MN life/health and variable annuity licenses within twelve months.
