Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating a sales team (for Sales Manager role).
• Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales Manager candidates should have prior managerial experience.
Compensation:
• Base Pay: $17-$20 per hour.
• Commission: Negotiable, with the potential for unlimited earnings based on performance.
