Local Sapulpa plumbing company seeks experienced customer service representative.

 

Job duties:

• Answering phones and greeting guest and direct them to appropriate destination''s. 
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer questions/concerns.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. 
• One must have knowledge of MS office
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Customer- oriented mindset
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

 

Position starts at $15 Hour

Monday-Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM
