$30.00 per hour

6am-4:30pm / Monday- Friday 

 

A leading manufacturer of process systems in Santa Fe Springs is looking for a Flux Core Welder with a minimum of 5 years in combo welding. The ideal candidate has experience with both MIG and TIG as well. This position offers the opportunity to work with experts in the field of process systems fabrication. Welder Responsibilities

• Produce x-ray quality welds for both Stainless and Carbon steel structure and pipe.
• Perform Flux Core welding at an expert level; Expertise in TIG and MIG is a plus.
• Weld mild steel and stainless steel heavy and light structure, frames, skids, piping, tanks and sheet metal.
• Maintain high quality welds in a safe manner.

Welder Requirements

• Experience in the welding of carbon and stainless steel.
• 5 years combo Welding experience
• Experience working with tools and equipment i.e. overhead cranes, saws, iron workers, shears, breaks and welding equipment. 
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)
• Proficient in reading and writing in English 
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
