The ideal candidate for this position should exemplify the company's values through their actions and possess a high school diploma, along with prior experience in the Construction/Industrial trades and a consistent work history over the past three years. They should be able to articulate 2-3 success stories from their past achievements. Additionally, they should have a stable support structure and family life, demonstrating respect and good manners. It's essential for them to have reliable transportation, preferably their own vehicle, and possess a valid PA driver’s license if not recently moved. Physical fitness is a requirement, including the ability to lift 50 pounds, work on their knees for extended periods, and overhead. Previous experience as a painter or epoxy flooring installer is preferred.
