Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (availability to work additional hours and weekends as needed)

Position Overview:

As a Forklift Driver, you will play a critical role in our warehouse operations by safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move materials and products throughout the facility. Your expertise in forklift operation and commitment to safety will contribute to the success of our logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials and products within the warehouse.
• Safely maneuver forklifts in tight spaces and around obstacles while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods as needed to support warehouse operations.
• Inspect forklifts and equipment before each use to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Follow established procedures for stacking, shelving, and organizing materials in designated storage areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic physical inventory counts as directed by management.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to prioritize tasks, meet production goals, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and guidelines for proper equipment operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification/license.
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work additional hours and weekends as needed to meet business demands.

Benefits:
