Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 annually

We are currently seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist for a manufacturing company in Northborough, MA who specializes in production machinery for various industries. In this position you will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs, responding to inquiries, managing inventory, and assisting with shipping and receiving. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work with urgency to ensure customer needs are met. This is a DIRECT HIRE position!

 

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and anticipate customer needs in real time
• Perform part look ups utilizing the company catalogue
• Input orders into computer system and create POs for clients and vendors
• Assist with shipping and receiving by performing picking, packing, stocking, and scanning
• Assist with inventory management by maintaining records within the ERP system
• Assisting in other areas of the shop and performing additional duties as needed

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, customer service, or related field
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25+ pounds
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical diagrams is a huge plus!

 

Additional: Willing to train on forklift!

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

 

Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 annually
