Salary: $75-90K/year + bonus

Job Summary/Company Information: 

• A locally owned Johnson County company that has been in business for 50+ years is looking for an HVAC Service Manager!
• The ideal HVAC Service Manager will create a work environment that encourages and teaches Technicians to provide excellent service and profitability
• The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for recruiting/hiring/firing/ training and staffing decisions per approval from upper Management, executing commercial work, coordinating, and working with advisors and sales team, billing and reporting of all activities and more!

Pay / Benefits:

• Salary range of $75-90K/yr based on experience + bonus opportunities
• Company vehicle provided each day

Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:45am start

Requirements:

• Previous experience in leadership and team building skills
• Previous experience in HVAC Service Management or similar role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must have valid DL and clean driving record
