Salary: $24 - $26 per hour

Express Employment in Everett is hiring a Payroll and Accounts Payable for one of our client's in Tulalip. This position offers a pay range of $24 - $26 per hour based on experience. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday day shift. A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities:

• Process weekly accounts payable, including invoice collection, QuickBooks data entry, and ensuring accurate vendor payments.
• Maintain accounts payable to avoid late fees.
• Handle facility payroll processing.
• Assist with yearly audits and finance manager's projects.
• Possible involvement in HR tasks: maintaining files, supporting employee training.

Experience Needed:

• Accounting and tax procedure experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability via pager or phone.
• Previous payroll and accounts payable experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in payroll and accounts payable.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.

Qualities:

• Professional demeanor and attire.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, reach, type, etc.
