Pay Rate: $15 per hour + production pay

Schedule: Full-time, starting at 8:15 am

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for completing at least 4 homes daily, ensuring high-quality cleaning and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned homes according to company standards
• Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
• Complete cleaning tasks efficiently and within designated timeframes
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Meet productivity goals and maintain high-quality work standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus
