Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Produce Prescription Program Manager for a nonprofit organization in the Durham, NC area.
This is a Direct Hire, Full-Time position with an annual salary of $65,000 - $75,000.
As the Produce Prescription Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of the nonprofits' food and health programs on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and organizing program data.
- Work directly with the participating clinics and clients to set up new enrollment accounts, provide support to enrollers, and handle backend administrative management to troubleshoot any issues.
- Incorporate feedback from program partners and enrollers for impactful program improvement.
- Report program outcomes to funders and granting agencies, as relevant to assigned programs.
- Oversee monitoring, reporting, and implementation requirements for assigned programs.
- Assist in performing outreach to potential new partner agencies and program implementation partners.
- Prepare and share presentations on assigned programs.
- Create enrollment support materials.
- Interact directly with enrollment staff to answer questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain policies and procedures required for program compliance.
- Complete reporting tasks for various programs.
- Ensure invoicing is properly completed each month for all programs
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years related experience.
- Experience in food and nutrition or other anti-poverty work.
- Experience in healthcare sector is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with coworkers and customers.

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and willingness to learn new software.
- Knowledge of Salesforce highly preferred.
