Express Employment Professionals is searching for qualified candidates for Full-time Bank Teller openings with a well-known Bank located in in the heart of La Crosse. This is company is searching for individuals with the understanding and drive to provide the best customer service and keep positive impressions going.

 

Those with a Retail background or a degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration are highly encouraged to apply. However, none of this is a requirement for this position. The biggest requirement is a customer service-oriented mindset, the rest can be trained!

 

Wage: Starting at $16/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm ~ with approximately 1 Saturday morning per month (8:30am-12pm)

Job Duties include, but not limited to:

• Provide a positive customer experience
• Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers/vault daily
• Calculate daily transactions
• Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and check accuracy of deposit slips
• Cash checks and pay out money after verifying the key requirements
• Count currency, coins, and checks received by hand or using a currency-counting machine
• Prepare for deposits or shipments to other branches
• Understand and complete job responsibilities in accordance with Federal and State compliance regulations and Bank policies and procedures

 

Job Requirements include:

• HSD or GED
• Previous Banking experience is preferred, but not required
• Must have previous knowledge of computers, basic office equipment, and a cash register/POS system
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to problem solve
• Must have high attention to detail
• Ability to process basic math skills
