Express Employment Professionals in Everett is hiring an experienced Electrical Mechanic for an exciting opportunity in the aerospace industry. This is a fulltime, permanent position that is available immediately!

The Electrical Mechanic (aka Electrical Craftsman) plays a crucial role in product assembly, fabrication, equipment operation, and safety adherence. Starting pay is up to $26.87 per hour plus benefits. This safety-sensitive position requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to following procedures.

Pay Range: $20 - $26.87 per hour 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize a variety of tools and equipment to assemble products according to required specifications and procedures, including the assembly
• of electrical components, wire
• build-up, and wire routing in monuments.
• Ensure the quality of the product through careful craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Maintain tool accountability and perform maintenance within the Electrical Shop area.
• Seek guidance when necessary to accomplish tasks efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean and adhere to safety protocols.
• Perform occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds.
• Maintain normal hearing and vision ranges for safe conduct on the manufacturing floor.
• Ability to distinguish between color spectrums.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Mechanic or similar role.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must meet physical requirements, including lifting and color spectrum distinction.
