Job Highlights:

• Enter and process customer purchase orders using ERP systems
• Assemble order packets
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Run weekly reports
• Transfer backorders
• Assist Sales team in the field

What We Look For:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years experience in a Customer Service environment 
• Professionalism in manner, communication, and appearance
• Type 55+ WPM
• Expert knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
